300 cars came in today. The cash drawer says 210 were paid for. Nobody stole anything, nobody can say where the other 90 went, and tomorrow the same thing will happen again. That is the daily reality of a parking lot run on a paper register, and it is the problem Park X, the new parking management software from X IT, was built to remove.
Where the money actually goes
Paper does not lose money because staff are dishonest. It loses money because it cannot answer simple questions. Which vehicle entered at 9:40 and left at 14:10? Was that charged as 4 hours or 5? Did the night rate apply? Who was on the counter when the ticket was written? When none of that is recorded, the owner is left trusting a total at the end of the day, and rounding errors, forgotten tickets and "he said he already paid" all land on the owner's side of the ledger.
What Park X does differently
- A counter screen for check-in and check-out. The operator taps the vehicle type, the system stamps the time, and the price is calculated automatically when the vehicle leaves. Live occupancy is always on screen.
- Printed tickets and receipts from the gate screen. Every stay has a ticket, every payment has a receipt.
- Shifts that reconcile themselves. A shift opens with a float and closes against the cash the operator actually counted. The shift report shows the difference, so a short drawer is a fact, not an argument.
- Tariffs written once, applied every time. Per site and per vehicle type: grace period, base rate and increment, rounding, a daily cap and a minimum charge. Time-of-day, day-of-week and overnight rules are supported, and a built-in simulator prices a sample stay before the tariff goes live.
- Reports the owner can read from anywhere. Revenue, occupancy, reconciliation and exception reports, plus an income and expense ledger with fixed monthly costs and owner payouts.
- Five staff roles and a landowner login. Permissions are set per screen, and an audit trail records every change.
- Installable on a phone home screen, in English and Bangla. No app store, no special hardware to start.
Who it is for
Shopping-centre basements, office and hospital car parks, event grounds, private lots rented from a landowner, and any site where more than one person handles cash at the gate. If you run more than one site, each can carry its own tariff and its own reports.

Pricing
Installation and setup is ৳15,000 one-time, currently on a launch offer of ৳13,000, plus a ৳1,500 monthly subscription. The final price can vary with the number of sites, gates and vehicle types. Everything is listed on the Parking Management order page, where you can also place the order.
